ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges only. I am HAPPY to exchange something for you if it does not fit properly.

Every exchange MUST be approved prior to returning. I will not accept a package that is just sent to me. I keep very detailed records, and for that reason I need a heads up that something is coming.

To have an item exchanged, you must message me within 3 calendar days of delivery. All packages have tracking on them, and the delivery date will be verified. In the case that an item is found to be defective, it will be addressed in a case by case manner. Defects must be found within the exchange period, and MUST be approved prior to being shipped back.

Item(s) MUST be in excellent, new condition, with tags, and without smells such as perfume, Febreze, or smoke. There cannot be makeup marks. The piece must not be received in a wrinkled ball, shoved in a bag. I have taken the time to lovingly fold your treasure, and expect it to be in the same condition coming back. I MUST be able to resell the item, as I am a small independent business owner. I reserve the right to deny *any* exchange upon inspection.

Customer pays return actual shipping both ways for exchanges. Once I have received the item(s), I will message you to issue your boutique credit. Please understand that although I do no charge you a shipping to to get the item, I do pay one!
